These terms govern your use of this website and the booking of tours and concierge services from Rain of Light ("we", "us"). Rain of Light is an independent service and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by Louvre Abu Dhabi. By using the site or making a booking you accept these terms.

Our services

We arrange guided visits, private and evening tours, photography experiences, family and school programmes, and related concierge support at Louvre Abu Dhabi. In-gallery guiding is delivered by appropriately licensed and museum-certified guides. Availability depends on the museum's opening hours, rules and capacity, which may change without notice.

Bookings & quotes

An enquiry is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once we send written confirmation and any required payment is received. Quoted prices are examples until confirmed in writing and may exclude museum admission tickets, transfers, food and other third-party costs unless stated.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in UAE dirham (AED) unless stated otherwise. Payment terms and accepted methods are confirmed at the time of booking. We may update prices at any time before a booking is confirmed.

Changes, cancellations & refunds

Our cancellation and refund terms are provided in your booking confirmation. We may reschedule or cancel an experience for reasons outside our control (including museum closures, weather or safety), and will offer a reschedule or refund of amounts paid to us where reasonable. Third-party costs already incurred (such as tickets) may be non-refundable.

Museum rules & conduct

Visitors must follow all Louvre Abu Dhabi rules, including those on photography, behaviour and security. We are not responsible for refused entry or removal caused by failure to follow those rules.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant booking. We are not liable for the acts of third parties such as the museum, transport providers or other suppliers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi.
